Hygiene and our customer’s safety is super important all items cannot be returned for refund.
We reserve the right to correct, update or change our returns/refund/exchange policy anytime without notification.
All sales are final. There are no refunds. By making a purchase on Mersheboutique site, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to the Mersheboutique no refund policy.
No international exchange and no cash refund. We only replace damage bottles. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us proof of pictures within 2days received. You have 10 calendar days to return damage item from the date you received it. Customer will be responsible for all shipping cost. A similar item will be mail upon receipt. To return your product, you should mail your product to the address provided in your email.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
